At H. H. Aurelia, each candle is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, burned, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, email info@hhaurelia.com and we will provide the return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Final Sale Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned: opened or used candles, gift cards, personalized or limited-edition products, and clearance items (if applicable).
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
